Wednesday Night Dinners can come up with a custom solution for any themed event or dinner party you can think of.

The wonderful thing about throwing dinner parties every week and hosting a cooking show is that the theme and cuisine is constantly changing. It makes it challenging and keeps Chef Doryan constantly evolving and learning. That's how he likes it.

Cajun, Mexican, Hawaiian, German, French, Italian, Irish, Spanish, Mediterranean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian, Americana, Brazilian...and so many more. We've endeavored to tackle them all. We even ran out of types of cuisine and went for themed parties like: Soup night, Bean night, Cheesecake night, Breakfast night, "Office Space" night, NYC deli night....you get the picture.

We've tackled many catering events from small dinner parties to craft services to helping prepare food for the Austin City Limits Festival 04 to feed the artists and musicians. So, if you need to feed 10 people or 400, we can work with you on whatever kind of food preparation needs you may have.
